Penis lengthening may be enhanced even further by the removal of pubic fat and/or rearrangement of skin at the base of the penis and/or scrotum. These techniques, if used, will be thoroughly explained and discussed with the patient during the consultation.
Penis Widening
To make the penis wider, there is more than one option. The most common intervention is a fat transfer. In a fat transfer, tissue is removed from the patient's abdomen or thigh, modified before placement, and then injected into the shaft of the penis according to the skillful techniques of the surgeon.
Some patients choose a two-step procedure designed to create even more width.
The Results
While all results will be realistic and reasonable, they will nevertheless be amazing and lasting. The average increase in length is 0.5 to 1 inch while flaccid, and the average increase in girth is 15-25%. Results, however, vary from patient to patient.
